  • Approved refunds are issued through our secure payment gateways to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Please note: payment gateway transaction fees (such as processing charges) are non-refundable.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
  • A subscription is cancelled mid-term (a prorated amount for unused time will be refunded).
  • A downgrade to a lower plan is requested within 30 days.
