1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription
at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at
support@superengineer.ai.
Cancellations made during an active billing cycle will stop auto-renewal.
If cancelled mid-term, you may be eligible for a
prorated refund of the unused subscription period, as outlined in our
Refund Policy.
2. Custom Services & Consulting
Custom development, consulting, or project based services are non-cancellable once work has started, as resources are allocated immediately upon confirmation.
3. Promotions & Trial Plans
If you cancel a promotional or trial subscription, you will lose access to premium features at the end of the trial or billing period.
Promotional discounts are not transferable or extendable after cancellation.
4. Process for Cancellation
Log in to your account dashboard and navigate to Billing → Manage Subscription to cancel.
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is processed.
