1. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@superengineer.ai.
- Cancellations made during an active billing cycle will stop auto-renewal.
- If cancelled mid-term, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of the unused subscription period, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
2. Custom Services & Consulting
- Custom development, consulting, or project based services are non-cancellable once work has started, as resources are allocated immediately upon confirmation.
3. Promotions & Trial Plans
- If you cancel a promotional or trial subscription, you will lose access to premium features at the end of the trial or billing period.
- Promotional discounts are not transferable or extendable after cancellation.
4. Process for Cancellation
- Log in to your account dashboard and navigate to Billing → Manage Subscription to cancel.
- Alternatively, email support@superengineer.ai with your registered email and order details.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request is processed.
